is the most famous culinary food is a specialty of
Papua that tourists are mostly interested in. Papeda
is glue-like food that is most delicious to have
when still hot. The tasty sensation of Papeda can be
felt from the unique eating manner; do not chew but
immediately swallow, when you feel hot in your
stomach or chess take cold water soon to cool it
down.
Papeda raw material is from sago palm tree. The tree
is firstly chopped down then split into two. The
